Girls Trip

Belinda got sent down to south Texas on a trip for her job. The way I figure her thought process went like this, "I can leave Stella behind with her dad and my mom or I can take Stella and my mom with me. I think I will take them."

At the time this trip came up we had already made our arrangements for our trip to Chicago later in the month. So part of the reason for taking Stella was also to have a dry run for our extended stay in Chicago. Since I didn't go I can't really right much but I know that they had a great time and Stella behaved very well.

The hotel provided a crib for Stella to sleep in, but as you can tell it was barely big enough for her to stretch out. Its not that Stella is that tall its just that she moves around a LOT!

Some time during the week I got the photo of her in her crib and it just brought a smile to my face. That and the fact that she was caring her bunny by its ear which always cracks me up.

Belinda told me that when Grandma saw Stella in her crib for the first time she told her, "It's OK little baby, I will adopt you from this orphanage." I couldn't help but agree that this crib looked straight out of an orphanage or pediatric infirmary in a third world country.

While Belinda was working during the day Stella and her Grandma enjoyed the hotel and hung out at the pool. They came back home with a tan.

Once all the fun was over it was time to make the trip back up to San Antonio. Stella apparently was ready to go as evidenced by this photo.

I guess it was to many bottles of formula pool side that had her pooped out.
