Do they make one for adults?

The other day we went out to get Stella a exersaucer. The way I figure its a kid's treadmill. However, if treadmills were built a little more like exersaucers, I'm guessing more people would use them. I mean look at all the things on this thing. Three of the toys light up and play sonds. Stuff swings, bounces, hangs, and glides. There is not one color you can name which can not be found on this thing. The thing speaks. It tells you shapes, colors, and numbers. The songs, I suppose, are suppose to be more global as they sound like themes I have heard on the discovery channel and a lot less like a Lady Gaga song.

I got to thinking what would you have to do to a treadmill to get it fixed up like this. It would obviously need a music player. I pod? Bose sound dock? Pandor stream? It would need stuff that would move around. For the life of me I can't think of anything that adults would enjoy that would serve this purpose. However, I think that the next part would definately make up for that. It would need a learning element. I am think an I pad. Ooooh. Nice! I still don't find them to be very productive gadgets, but I will admit those I pads are fun toys.

With regards to color I am affraid I would have to disagree with the manufactures premiss. We just got the house we live in and it seems that most of the things we have used to furnish the home have been very calm and soothing earth tones. You can tell by the background we didn't go to strong with the paint colors. So when I asked Belinda why they needed to be so vibrant with colors she told me it was because children love the colors and the contrasts. It helps them to develope or something like that.

Personally, that doesn't make a bit of sense. I mean really. If children from long ago needed to have color to stimulate them mentally where would be now. Would our founding fathers have failed to create these united states because they lacked color in their life. When would a child of generations past gotten to see the colors of a tucan, iguanna, parrot, qualla, and gecko in real life. Never. But then again, what would that exersaucer look like if it only had animals from texas. It would have a black grackle kawing at you. A armadillo turning into a ball. The drangon fly could either be a flying roach or locus (chicarra). To add some color I guess they would add some bluebonnets or something.

Well, I suppose thats why I am not in the toy business. Stella apparently enjoys all the colors and sounds so I guess someone who thought this through a little more is desinging the toys out there. In the second photo that is actually Stella talking to Tucan Sam. She wants to know when she is going to get to eat fruit loops.
