Quero Mi Quince

In honor of Stella's fifteenth day here on the earth we decided to throw her a quiencenera. Crazy I know but I figured it would be much cheaper than the real fiesta we would throw when she turns 15 years old. That is unless she prefers to have sweet sixteen in which I guess we will have to bake her another cake tomorrow.

The party today was a small affair. It was attended by Stella's aunt Liz and uncle Gerry. They were the padrinos of the dinner as they brought dinner for us. The decorations were sponsored by HEB and her parents supplied the cake.

At the end of the party everyone went outside just like they do on the tv shows and Stella's present was revealed. It was a convertible. Can't send photos from the phone, but will do tomorrow.
