My Sincerest Apologies

I do apologize to everyone for not doing a better job of keeping you up to date. It simply is that time is precious. And what makes time more precious is the ability to sleep during that time.

So what do I do with the time I am awake you ask. I will tell you.
I vacuum the floor. We might have the cleanest floor in the neighborhood. We vacuum because it is another idea we read in a book written by an author who I am beginning to believe wrote about raising babies never having one themselves.

You know we run the air vent in the kitchen when we eat breakfast lunch and dinner. I downloaded ten sound samples from itunes that we play when we are in the bedroom. While it works most times the trade off is having to go to the bathroom all the time.

I can tell you that to walk the interior of our home it takes 86 steps. The amount of steps is always the same whether you have Stella in your arms, in her carrier, in her bassinet, or in her stroller. Our carpet has tread marks from the figure eight I do while trying to put her to sleep.

And just when you think she is asleep. She gets you.

So why do I have the time write this time. Because we are in the car as Belinda drives hoping that motions will put her to sleep. I mentioned that we take up our friends who offered to babysit whenever we wanted, but Belinda does not agree. You know who you are who offered.
